Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is an issue with the order you should inform me within 3 days from the day of the transaction. Replacement (if possible) or refund would be offered if the item is faulty or damaged (with photo evidence provided). Please note that the shipping cost is NOT refundable.
-WRONG ADDRESS-
If an order is delivered to the shipping address in the order and it's a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
-SHIPPING REFUNDS-
Shipping refunds will not be offered. If an item was for free, and a return is accepted, $3.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping cost accrued by the seller.
